Frequently Asked Questions to read before Contacting Us

PLEASE NOTE: All of the manufacturers we sell have been having supply-chain delays since the 2nd half of 2021, receiving their materials/parts from other countries they need to make/assemble their products.

1.) Q: I need my order to be delivered before or on a specific date?

1.) A: Please read our Shipping Information, before choosing a Shipping Method. We suggest to not place an order for an item we have listed as Temporarily Out of Stock or Pre-Order if you need that item before or on a specific date.


2.) Q: When will my order get shipped out?

2.) A: Please refer to your sales receipt for our Estimated (not guaranteed) Shipping Date (if chosen, Free Shipping takes us additional weekdays to ship out). Also, check if the items you ordered were all in stock at the time you placed your order. We ship out all orders complete, so if In Stock, Temporarily Out of Stock, and/or Pre-Order items are ordered together, we'll ship out after all items are in stock. 3.) Q: Do you ship out on weekends, Saturday and/or Sunday?

3.) A: The warehouses do not give packages to the carriers on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, because there is no pick-up service or limited pick-up service by the carriers.


4.) Q: How/Where can I find out the total cost?

4.) A: To view the Total Cost including Shipping Cost (Free Shipping for $100+ Orders!) and Sales Tax (shipments to Pennsylvania taxed only), add item(s) to Cart, then simply select the Ship To Country and State/Province and enter the Ship To Zip/Postal Code under Shipping Methods (no other information required).


5.) Q: Do you ship internationally?

5.) A: Yes. To view the Shipping Cost, add item(s) to Cart, then simply select the Ship To Country and State/Province and enter the Ship To Zip/Postal Code under Shipping Methods (no other information required).


6.) Q: Can I use more than one form of payment to pay for my order?

6.) A: Only one form of payment can be used to pay per order.


7.) Q: When is my order's payment going to be taken out of my charge card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay account?

7.) A: After you place your order, the payment method you chose, will be charged immediately.


8.) Q: My coupon code doesn't work?

8.) A: Some of our coupon codes we issue require you to create an account or be logged in to your existing account before checkout to use. Also, not all of our coupon codes can be used on all of our items, SALE and some LIMITED EDITION items are excluded.


9.) Q: Can I use multiple coupon codes on the same order?

9.) A: Only one coupon code can be used per order.


10.) Q: I forgot to use my coupon code while placing my order?

10.) A: Unfortunately, after your order was placed we cannot add your coupon code to it. Please use your coupon code on your next/future order. We will not cancel your order, so your order can be replaced with your coupon code.


11.) Q: Can I use multiple gift cards on the same order?

11.) A: Only one gift card can be used per order.


12.) Q: Where do I enter my gift card code?

12.) A: Only on our Cart page.


13.) Q: Your checkout doesn't give me USPS First-Class Mail as a Shipping Method?

13.) A: USPS First-Class Mail is only for items that weigh less than one pound or multiple items that weigh less than one pound combined. Please refer to the item's page to the Additional Info tab to the right of the item's Description for the item's weight.


14.) Q: Can I add an item(s) to my already placed order?

14.) A: Unfortunately, after an order is already placed, we can only subtract from it.


15.) Q: Can I swap out an item(s) to my already placed order?

15.) A: As long as the item(s) are the same price(s), yes, we can swap out an item(s) to your already placed order. Please contact us below.


16.) Q: When is my Pre-Ordered item(s) going to arrive in stock?

16.) A: Please visit the items pages on our website for the *Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) Dates in the Items Descriptions. We do not reply to questions about Pre-Ordered items, because *the manufacturer does not give the warehouse exact dates, only estimated time of arrivals (ETAs), which sometimes can be off by days or even weeks, items arrive to the warehouse unannounced.

17.) Q: Can I cancel my Pre-Ordered item(s)?

17.) A: Yes, but because we base the amount we order in on our Pre-Ordered sales, we charge a 5% cancellation fee for any canceled Pre-Ordered item(s). The 5% cancellation fee is only on the item(s).


18.) Q: When is my Temporarily Out of Stock/Backordered item(s) going to arrive back in stock?

18.) A: We do not reply to questions about Temporarily Out of Stock/Backordered items, because the manufacturer does not give the warehouse exact arrival dates, items arrive to the warehouse unannounced.

19.) Q: I didn't receive my sales receipt and/or tracking number emails?

19.) A: Please make sure to check all of your folders for them, including your junk/spam folder.


20.) Q: The carrier did not deliver my order yet?

20.) A: If you have your tracking number and you're contacting us about your undelivered shipment, we do not reply to questions, because we do not have any further tracking information than what is listed on the carriers websites. USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Retail Ground (instead, we use USPS Priority Mail) is not a guaranteed delivery date, only estimated. We've already seen USPS take 2-3 weeks to deliver those shipping methods.


21.) Q: How long do I have to return my item(s)?

21.) A: Items can be returned within 30 days, starting the day after they had been received.


22.) Q: How long does it take to receive my refund for my returned item(s)?

22.) A: Returns usually take 10-15 weekdays to check in and refund.


23.) Q: Do you make or sell the parts/decals, customize, and/or assemble the helmets?

23.) A: We do not make or sell the parts/decals, customize, and/or assemble any of the officially licensed CFL, NCAA, MLB, NFL, or NHL helmets. We do sell blank shells, facemasks, and the hardware sets for you to make your own custom mini helmets though. Please visit our following page: Custom Helmets. We also do have access to get non-copyrighted, non-registered, or non-trademarked decals made. Please contact us below for price(s) and availability.


24.) Q: Are the team's and/or league's logos on the helmets decaled or painted on?

24.) A: Almost all of the team's and/or league's logos are decaled on, unless noted in the item's title and/or description.


25.) Q: Can I purchase the team's and/or league's logo decals?

25.) A: We do not have access to purchase the team's and/or league's logo decals (or any of the decals on the helmets) or get the officially licensed CFL, NCAA, MLB, NFL, or NHL team's and/or league's logo decals made, because they are either copyrighted, registered, or trademarked. We do have access to get non-copyrighted, non-registered, or non-trademarked decals made. Please contact us below for price(s) and availability.


26.) Q: What are the sizes of the helmets? What are the differences between the styles of the helmets?

27.) Q: Can the helmets be worn?

27.) A: The only helmets that could possibly be worn are the NFL Full Size Authentics. Their manufacturer, Riddell, only makes them in a Size Large shell, so they may not fit everyone. We're required to list in our descriptions, they're unsafe for play, because they're not professionally fitted. College Full Size Authentics, manufactured by Riddell and Schutt, have a non-wear steel bar mounted across inside, near top of facemask, from side to side and College Full Size Replicas, manufactured by Riddell and Schutt, and NFL Full Size Replicas, manufactured by Riddell, have a non-wear flat plastic plate mounted across inside, near top of facemask, blocks entire dome.


28.) Q: What could I use to clean my helmets?

28.) A: We use Fast Orange wet wipes, sold at Wal-Mart in their automotive department, make sure to use the smooth, non-gritty side of the wipe. We then dry off the helmets with a microfiber eyeglass lens cloth, sold at CVS, Rite-Aid, and Walgreens, etc.


29.) Q: Do you sell wholesale?

29.) A: Currently, we only sell retail.


30.) Q: Where do you ship out from?

30.) A: We ship out from multiple warehouses across the USA.


31.) Q: Are you open 24/7/365?

31.) A: Even though you can place an order on our website 24/7/365, our staff only works dayshift, Mondays through Fridays and no Holidays (the holidays the public schools are closed).


32.) Q: Where are you located? Do you have a physical shop/store?

32.) A: We're located in the USA (our office and one of the multiple warehouses we ship out from is located in southeastern Pennsylvania). We're online only, we do not have a physical brick and mortar shop/store location. We do not allow warehouse pickup either. All orders have to be shipped.


33.) Q: What is the size of your business?

33.) A: In our industry, we are classified as a small business. Also, family owned and operated.


34.) Q: How long have you been in business?

34.) A: We started our business in 2006.


35.) Q: After I open a New Email Support Ticket, when will I receive a reply from your Customer Support?

35.) A: We usually reply within 2-3 weekdays. Please make sure to check all of your folders for it, including your junk/spam folder.

Our Customer Support reply hours are:
Mondays through Fridays 12noon-5pm Eastern Standard Time.

36.) Q: Can I request a callback about my order?

36.) A: We require customer support about orders to be documented through email.
