Pre-Orders


General:

Can I cancel my Pre-Ordered item(s)? Yes, but because we base the amount we order in on our Pre-Ordered sales, we charge a 5% cancellation fee for any canceled Pre-Ordered item(s). The 5% cancellation fee is only on the item(s).



Terms


General:

Products can be ordered worldwide.

United States of America, state of Pennsylvania customers must pay 6% sales tax on our price(s) of the product(s), only.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any ordered item(s) or refuse any order.

Our prices of the products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping

We offer UPS and USPS for domestic and USPS for international shipments.

Their shipping costs are based on the total weight of the product(s), packing material(s), shipping box(es), packing tape, and packing list(s).

Their shipping insurance is included in their shipping costs.



Backorders


General:

If the product(s) or any of the products you ordered is or are out of stock, we will email you within 1 business day starting the day your order had been received. We will give you an approximate amount of time it will take for the out of stock product(s) to return in stock. Then, we will ask you if you would like to place the out of stock product(s) or any of the out of stock products on backorder.

Your backordered product(s) will be shipped out as it or they return(s) in stock, at no additional shipping cost(s).

Shipped Products

Your in stock product(s) is or are usually shipped out within 2-3 weekdays starting the day your order had been received.

Received Packages


General:

Inspect the outside of your package(s) and take note of any damage(s), irregularity(ies), tampering, and/or broken packing tape. Open your package(s), verify its or their content(s), and inspect your product(s).

Damages:

If your package(s) has or have a product(s) that has or have damage(s), please Contact Us within 3 business days starting the day after your product(s) had been received to report the damage(s).

Shortages:

If your package(s) has or have a product shortage(s) and/or your product(s) has or have shortage(s), please Contact Us within 3 business days starting the day after your product(s) had been received to report the shortage(s).



Lost/Stolen Packages


We are not responsible for package(s) with delivered tracking number(s).
