Terms

General:

Our items can be ordered worldwide.

United States, State of Pennsylvania orderers must pay 6% sales tax on our price(s) of the item(s), only.

Pricing:

Our prices of our items are subject to change at anytime without notice.


Ordering

Online Orders:

Place your online order through our secure shopping cart, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Note: We will notify you by e-mail, the day your order has been received.

Telephone Orders:

To place your telephone order, please call: (570) 449-6245.

Telephone Order Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM Eastern Standard Time
Sunday: Closed

Shipping

General:

We offer UPS for domestic & international orderers.

The UPS shipping cost is based on the total order weight of the item(s), packing material(s), shipping box(s), packing tape, & packing list(s).

UPS shipping insurance is included in the UPS shipping cost.

We add our packaging & handling fees of $2.75 USD/order into the UPS shipping cost.


Backorders

If the item(s) or any of the items you ordered is or are out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail, within 1 business day from the day your order had been received. We will give you an approximate amount of time it will take for the out of stock item(s) to return in stock. We will then ask you if you would like to place the out of stock item(s) or any of the out of stock items on backorder.

If the item(s) you ordered is or are out of stock:

1.) If you would like to place the out of stock item(s) on backorder, your payment will be processed.

2.) If you would like to place any of the out of stock items on backorder & cancel the remaining out of stock item(s), your payment will be processed for your backordered item(s) & its' or their shipping cost, only.

3.) If you would like to cancel your order, your payment will not be processed.

If any of the items you ordered are out of stock:

1.) If you would like to place the out of stock item(s) on backorder, your payment will be processed.

2.) If you would like to place any of the out of stock items on backorder & cancel the remaining out of stock item(s), your payment will be processed for your in stock item(s) & its' or their shipping cost & your backordered item(s) & its' or their shipping cost, only.

3.) If you would like to cancel the out of stock item(s), your payment will be processed for your in stock item(s) & its' or their shipping cost, only.

4.) If you would like to cancel any of the in stock items & place the out of stock item(s) on backorder, your payment will be processed for your in stock item(s) & its' or their shipping cost & your backordered item(s) & its' or their shipping cost, only.

5.) If you would like to cancel any of the in stock items & place any of the out of stock items on backorder & cancel the remaining out of stock item(s), your payment will be processed for your in stock item(s) & its' or their shipping cost & your backordered item(s) & its' or their shipping cost, only.

6.) If you would like to cancel any of the in stock items & cancel the out of stock item(s), your payment will be processed for your in stock item(s) & its' or their shipping cost, only.

7.) If you would like to cancel the in stock item(s) & place the out of stock item(s) on backorder, your payment will be processed for your backordered item(s) & its' or their shipping cost, only.

8.) If you would like to cancel the in stock item(s) & place any of the out of stock items on backorder & cancel the remaining out of stock item(s), your payment will be processed for your backordered item(s) & its' or their shipping cost, only.

9.) If you would like to cancel your order, your payment will not be processed.

Your backordered item(s) will be shipped as it or they return(s) in stock, at no additional shipping cost(s).

Note: We will notify you by e-mail, the day your backordered item(s) has or have been shipped.

If at anytime you would like to change the ship to address for your backordered item(s) or any of your backordered items, please e-mail changeshippingaddress@sesportsmemorabilia.com.

Note: Changing the ship to address for your backordered item(s) or any of your backordered items, may result in an additional shipping cost(s).

If at anytime you would like to cancel your backordered item(s) or any of your backordered items, please e-mail info@sesportsmemorabilia.com.

Note: Canceling your backordered item(s) or any of your backordered items, may result in a restocking fee.


Shipped Items

Your in stock item(s) is or are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the day your order had been received.

Note: We will notify you by e-mail, the day your in stock item(s) has or have been shipped.

The UPS Tracking Number(s) for your package(s) is or are available upon request.


Received Packages

Inspect the outside of your package(s) & take note of any damage(s), irregularity(s), tampering, and/or broken packaging tape. Open your package(s), verify its' or their content(s), & inspect your item(s).

Damages:

If your package(s) has or have an item or items that has or have damage(s), you must e-mail damages@sesportsmemorabilia.com within 1 day from the day your item(s) had been received to report the damage(s) or a claim cannot be filed with UPS. We will contact UPS & report the damage(s) & file a claim. We will then reply to your e-mail, with instructions to make your return of your damaged item(s), shipping box(s), & packing material(s) to UPS.

Shortages:

If your package(s) has or have an item shortage(s) and/or your item(s) has or have shortage(s), you must e-mail shortages@sesportsmemorabilia.com within 1 day from the day your item(s) had been received to report the shortage(s) or a claim cannot be filed with UPS. We will contact UPS & report the shortage(s) & file a claim. We will then reply to your e-mail, with instructions to make your return of your shipping box(s) & packing material(s) to UPS.


Returns

General:

Our items can be returned.

Items can be returned up to 30 days from the day they had been shipped.

Items can be returned if they are in the same condition in which they had been shipped.

Items packaging & handling fees & UPS shipping cost(s) are not refundable.

Items cannot be returned without return authorization.

Return Authorization:

Please e-mail returns@sesportsmemorabilia.com with your sales receipt number & your reason for your return of your item(s). We will reply to your e-mail, with return authorization, for your return of your item(s).

Return Item(s) Package(s):

You are responsible for the packaging of your return item(s) & the handling & the shipping cost(s) of your return item(s) package(s). Insure your return item(s) package(s), to protect yourself from damage(s) or loss by the carrier. If your return item(s) package(s) is or are not insured, you are responsible for damage(s) or loss by the carrier.

Note: Return item(s) packages shipped collect on delivery (COD) will be refused.

Your return item(s) package(s) must be shipped within 7 days from the day you received return authorization. If your return item(s) package(s) is or are not shipped within 7 days from the day you received return authorization, your return item(s) cannot be returned. If your return item(s) package(s) is or are shipped after 7 days from the day you received return authorization, it or they will be refused.

Received Return Item(s) Package(s):

After we have received your return item(s) package(s), we will inspect your return item(s). If your return item(s) or any of your return items we have received is or are not in the same condition in which it or they had been shipped, it or they will not be refunded & will be returned to you, if requested, at your cost.

If our conditions of our returns policy are met, we will give you a refund by the same payment method in which your return item(s) had been paid.

Website design, text, trademarks, & service marks are our property. Reproduction and/or distribution is prohibited & cannot be used without our written consent.


Privacy

When you register for a member account or place an anonymous order your information is collected. We will not give, lease, rent, sell, share, or trade your information to or with anyone. We will only use your information to process your payment(s), ship your item(s), & contact you, if necessary, about your order(s).
