Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Follow these steps:
1.) Under the "Our Store" tab (to the left of the page), click on the link "Customer Service".
2.) Towards the bottom of our Customer Service page, locate the box marked "Confirmation Number:".
3.) Enter you Order Confirmation Number in the box and click "Go!".
Note: For All Customers: Your Order Confirmation Number can be found in the e-mail you received after you confirmed your order.
For Customer's with an Account: Your Order Confirmation Numbers for all of your orders can be found by clicking on the link "Customer Account History" (towards the bottom of our Customer Service page) and then logging into your account.
Q: How can I make changes to my Account Information?
A: Follow these steps:
1.) Under the "Our Store" tab (to the left of the page), click on the link "Customer Service".
2.) Towards the bottom of our Customer Service page, click on the link "Customer Account History".
3.) At the Customer Account Login page, enter your E-mail Address & Password and click "Login".
4.) At the Customer Account History page, click on your name to make changes to your Account Bill To Information.
Note: You can change your Ship To Address at the time of your next purchase.
Q: What are my shipping options and costs?
A: Follow these steps:
Note: Before you can view the shipping options and costs of an item(s) you must add the item(s) to cart.
1.) At the top of the page, click on the link "View Cart".
2.) Locate the box marked "To view your shipping options with accurate shipping costs, enter the Zip Code of the Ship To Address for the item(s) in your shopping cart (United States of America Only) in the box below and click "Submit":".
3.) Enter the Zip Code of the Ship To Address for the item(s) in your shopping cart (United States of America Only) in the box and click "Submit".
4.) After the page refreshes, a drop down box will appear and give you your shipping options with accurate shipping costs for the item(s) in your shopping cart.
5.) Click on the drop down box and click on a shipping option, the page will refresh and show you your ESTIMATED TOTAL for the item(s) in your shopping cart with the shipping option you chose.
Note: United States of America, Pennsylvania purchasers, must pay 6% Sales Tax on the purchase price of the item(s), ONLY.
Sub-Note: Sales Tax will not be charged on the Packaging & Handling Fees or the Shipping Cost.
