1.) Q: I need my order to be delivered by a specific date?

1.) A: If you need your order to be delivered by a specific date, please do NOT choose USPS Priority Mail, USPS First-Class Package Service-Retail, or Free Shipping. Please click here to read our Shipping Information, before choosing a Shipping Method. Also, before placing your order, please read our Availability note we have with each item. We suggest to not place an order for an item we have listed as Temporarily Out of Stock or Pre-Order if you need that item by a specific date.


2.) Q: How/Where can I find out the total cost?

A: To view the Total Cost including Shipping Cost (Free Shipping for $100+ Orders!) and Sales Tax (shipments to Pennsylvania taxed only), add item(s) to Cart, then simply select the Ship To Country and State/Province and enter the Ship To Zip/Postal Code under Shipping Methods (no other information required).


3.) Q: Do you ship internationally?

3.) A: Yes. To view the Shipping Cost, add item(s) to Cart, then simply select the Ship To Country and State/Province and enter the Ship To Zip/Postal Code under Shipping Methods (no other information required).


4.) Q: Can I use more than one form of payment to pay for my order?

4.) A: Only one form of payment can be used to pay per order.


5.) Q: When is my order's payment going to be taken out of my credit card, debit card, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay account?

5.) A: After you place your order, the payment method you chose, will be charged immediately. This includes Pre-Orders and Temporarily Out of Stock/Backorders.


6.) Q: My coupon code doesn't work?

6.) A: Some of our coupon codes we issue require you to create an account or be logged in to your existing account before checkout to use.


7.) Q: Can I use multiple coupon codes on the same order?

7.) A: Only one coupon code can be used per order.


8.) Q: I forgot to use my coupon code while placing my order?

8.) A: Unfortunately, after your order was placed we cannot add your coupon code to it. Please use your coupon code on your next/future order. We will not cancel your order, so your order can be replaced with your coupon code.


9.) Q: Your checkout doesn't give me USPS First-Class Mail as a Shipping Method?

9.) A: USPS First-Class Mail is only for items that weigh less than one pound or multiple items that weigh less than one pound combined. Please refer to the item's page to the Additional Info tab to the right of the item's Description for the item's weight.


10.) Q: Can I add an item(s) to my already placed order?

10.) A: Unfortunately, after an order is already placed, we can only subtract from it.


11.) Q: Can I swap out an item(s) to my already placed order?

11.) A: As long as the item(s) are the same price(s), yes, we can swap out an item(s) to your already placed order. Please contact us below.


12.) Q: Did my order ship out yet?

12.) A: First, refer to your sales receipt to check if the items you ordered were all in stock at the time you placed your order. All orders are shipped out complete, so if In Stock, Temporarily Out of Stock, and/or Pre-Order items are ordered together, we'll ship out after all items are in stock. Then, visit our Track My Order page.


13.) Q: When is my Pre-Ordered item(s) going to arrive in stock?

13.) A: Please visit the items pages on our website for the *Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) Dates in the Items Descriptions. We do not reply to questions about Pre-Ordered items, because *the manufacturer does not give the warehouse exact dates, only estimated time of arrivals (ETAs), which sometimes can be off by days or even weeks, items arrive to the warehouse unannounced.

Note: The manufacturer, Riddell's production has been way behind (as long as 3-4 months on Full Size Helmets), because they were mandated by the state they're located in to close for almost 2 months due to the Coronavirus Covid-19 Pandemic and when they did reopen they didn't bring back all of their staff, so they could keep their staff they did bring back socially-distanced. Since late May-early June, there's been a supply and demand issue with literally almost every item they make.


14.) Q: Can I cancel my Pre-Ordered item(s)?

14.) A: Yes, but we charge a 5% cancellation fee.


15.) Q: When is my Temporarily Out of Stock/Backordered item(s) going to arrive back in stock?

15.) A: We do not reply to questions about Temporarily Out of Stock/Backordered items, because the manufacturer does not give the warehouse exact arrival dates, items arrive to the warehouse unannounced.

16.) Q: The carrier did not deliver my order yet?

A: If you have your tracking number and you're contacting us about your undelivered shipment, we do not reply to questions, because we cannot provide any further tracking information than what is listed on the carriers websites. USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery date, only estimated. We've already seen USPS's 2-Day Priority Mail take them 2-3 weeks to deliver. 17.) Q: How long do I have to return my item(s)?

17.) A: Items can be returned within 30 days, starting the day after they had been received.


18.) Q: How long does it take to receive my refund for my returned item(s)?

18.) A: Returns usually take 10-15 weekdays to check in and refund.


19.) Q: Do you make the parts, customize, and/or assemble the helmets?

19.) A: We do not make the parts, customize, and/or assemble any of the officially licensed CFL, NCAA, MLB, NFL, or NHL helmets. We do sell all the parts for you to make your own custom mini helmets though. Please visit our following page:


20.) Q: Are the team's logos on the helmets decaled or painted on?

20.) A: Almost all of team's logos are decaled on, unless noted in the item's title and/or description.


21.) Q: Can I purchase the team's logo decals?

21.) A: We do not have access to purchase the team's logo decals (or any of the decals on the helmets) or get the officially licensed CFL, NCAA, MLB, NFL, or NHL logo decals made, because they are either copyrighted, registered, or trademarked.


22.) Q: Can the helmets be worn?

22.) A: The only helmets that could possibly be worn are the NFL Full Size Authentics. Their manufacturer, Riddell, only makes them in a Size Large shell, so they may not fit everyone. We're required to list in our descriptions, they're unsafe for play, because they're not professionally fitted. College Full Size Authentics, manufactured by Riddell and Schutt, have a non-wear steel bar mounted across inside, near top of facemask, from side to side and College Full Size Replicas, manufactured by Riddell and Schutt, and NFL Full Size Replicas, manufactured by Riddell, have a non-wear flat plastic plate mounted across inside, near top of facemask, blocks entire dome.


23.) Q: Where do you ship out from?

23.) A: We ship out from multiple warehouse in the USA.


24.) Q: Do you sell wholesale?

24.) A: Currently, we only sell retail.


25.) Q: Where are you located? Do you have a physical shop/store?

25.) A: We're located in the USA (southeastern Pennsylvania). We're online only, we do not have a physical brick and mortar shop/store location.
