Return Policy

General:

Returns usually take 10-15 business days to check in and refund.

Products can be returned within 30 days starting the day after they had been received. *Christmas Exception: products ordered November 1, 2018-December 21, 2018 can be returned no later than January 21, 2019.

Products can be returned if they are in the same condition in which they had been received.

Your return's packaging and handling fees and shipping cost(s) are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, you're responsible for the original Ship To packaging and handling fees and shipping cost(s).

No restocking fee on the product(s).

Products cannot be returned without return authorization.

Return Authorization:

Please submit us a Comment to Open a New Email Support Ticket at Contact Us with your order sales receipt number and your reason for your return of your product(s). We will reply to your Opened Email Support Ticket with return authorization for your return of your product(s). We usually reply within 0-1 business day. Please make sure to check all of your folders for it, including your junk/spam folder.

Return Product(s) Package(s):

You are responsible for your return packaging of your return product(s) and your return handling and the shipping cost(s) of your return product(s) package(s). Insure your return product(s) package(s) to protect yourself from damage(s) or loss by the carrier. If your return product(s) package(s) is or are not insured, you are responsible for damage(s) or loss by the carrier.

Note: Return product(s) packages shipped collect on delivery (COD) will be refused.

Your return product(s) package(s) must be shipped out within 5 business days starting the day after you received return authorization. If your return product(s) package(s) is or are not shipped out within 5 business days starting the day after you received return authorization, your return product(s) cannot be returned. If your return product(s) package(s) is or are shipped out after 5 business days starting the day after you received return authorization, it or they will be refused.

Received Return Product(s) Package(s):

After we have received your return product(s) package(s), we will inspect your return product(s). If your return product(s) or any of your return products we have received is or are not in the same condition in which it or they had been shipped, it or they will not be refunded and will be returned to you, if requested, at the shipping cost.

If our conditions of our returns policy are met, we will give you a refund by the same payment method in which your return product(s) had been paid.
